Jambon Madrange

Jambon Madrange is an authentic, well-marbled French ham made from the traditional recipe of the Madrangeas Family from 1924.  It is fully cooked and sold with the skin on.  There is no water added and it has 30% less sodium than most American hams.  Slice Madrange Ham and use for sandwiches, salads, quiches, buffets, and hors d’oeuvres.  You can also carefully broil the ham at the end of cooking to achieve a crispy, crackling skin.  Each 6# ham is sold for $49.56.

Now that morel season has started, spring is officially upon us.  These mushrooms are hollow with a unique sponge-like cap.  Their characteristic nutty flavor and sweet earthy fragrance pairs well with cream and wine sauces, and they are delicious stuffed.

Now that morel season has started, spring is officially upon us.  These mushrooms are hollow with a unique sponge-like cap.  Their characteristic nutty flavor and sweet earthy fragrance pairs well with cream and wine sauces, and they are delicious stuffed.

Sour Cherry Spread is made from Dalmatia sour cherries, which resemble the sweet or wild variety.  This Croatian stone fruit ripens to perfection in its Mediterranean climate.  After harvest in late summer, they are slowly simmered with pure cane sugar to create this intense spread full of flavor and aroma.  Use with cakes, parfaits, waffles, pork, ham, foie gras, and blue cheese.  The 3# tub is $22.99*.

Kats FamilyKATSIROUBAS, Nicholas P. 60, of South Natick, formerly of Needham, passed away from ALS surrounded by his loving family on May 21, 2013. Beloved son of the late Theodore J. and Stella (Houhoulis) Katsiroubas. Cherished husband for 35 years of Deborah (Morrissey) Katsiroubas. Loving father of Ted and his wife Jill of Newton and Torry Stamm and her husband Derek of Needham. Adoring grandfather of Lily and Bode Stamm and Nicholas and Tessa Katsiroubas. Brother of Paul Katsiroubas and his wife Anne of Jamaica Plain and the late James Katsiroubas. Son in law of Louise Morrissey of Needham. Brother in law of Jayne Gansler and her husband Stephen of Cambridge and William Morrissey and his wife Rosemary of Bourne, and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Bartholomew Church, 1180 Greendale Ave Needham on Saturday, May 25 at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting hours in the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Friday from 3-8 PM. Interment at the Gardens at Gethsemane in West Roxbury.
