Strawberry season in New England has just peaked and will finish up at the end of this month. These strawberries are from Dzen Farm, outside of Hartford,Connecticut.  We are currently picking up from this farm once a week.  Place your PREORDERS now before the short season ends!

Autor Farmhouse Cheese

This raw goat’s milk cheese is made on a farm in Valencia,Spain from a herd of 1oo Murciana goats.  The unpasteurized milk is coagulated with thistle rennet and aged in the farm’s own caves for 60 days.  The flavors express herbs, grass, and citrus, varying with each season.  1# Wheel
