FEATURED PRODUCTS

Fresh Fava Beans

Fava Beans are one of the oldest cultivated plants and are quite easy to grow.  They are always one of the first spring foods to come into season.  Although preparation is labor intensive, the flavor is wonderfully nutty with a slight bitterness. Fava Beans are versatile and can be pureed, served chilled in salads, added to soups, and sautéed with almost any ingredients.

Campo de Montalban

This Iberico style cheese is a blend of cow, sheep, and goat’s milk from La Mancha, Spain.  Aged a minimum of 90 days, the texture and appearance are similar to Manchego, yet the flavor exhibits characteristics of all three milks. Campo is rich and buttery and finishes with a perfect balance.
